PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a fiber-reinforced resin molding which improves the physical properties including mechanical strength such as flexural strength, durability, and productivity of the molding and can reduce its costs, the fiber-reinforced resin molding obtained by the method, and a synthetic resin tie. SOLUTION: Reinforcing long fibers 11 are made to advance in one direction while being aligned at prescribed intervals, and a urethane resin liquid 12 is sprayed from above the fibers 11 during advancing. The tension of one aligned reinforcing long fiber is adjusted to be 9.8-29.4 N. After the fibers 11 are impregnated with the urethane resin liquid 12, the liquid 12 is led to a molding passage 24 and foamed/cured to produce the fiber-reinforced resin molding 1. The weight ratio of the fibers in the molding 1 is 45-50%, and the weight ratio of a urethane resin foamed part is 50-55%. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
