PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible that a concave part on which a food, etc., is mounted is formed into a stable shape in a central area of bakery dough, when the dough is punched by an outer blade and an inner blade. SOLUTION: A cutter for punching the dough is equipped with the cylindrical outer blade and the cylindrical inner blade which is located inside the outer blade, wherein an edge of the inner blade is positioned inside a virtual plane formed by an edge of the outer blade.
