PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody molded product having high strength and good water resistance. SOLUTION: A mixture of a woody material W and a melt of a thermoplastic resin R is sprinkled over a form 10 to form a mat M having a double-layered structure and the mat M is press-molded to manufacture the woody molded product.
