PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut hair of a bed-ridden aged person or an infant as wearing clothes without using a towel or a neck hanging cover support, etc. regardless of the place to cut hair. SOLUTION: T-shaped recess grooves are formed on a pair of blades of the scissors, and T-shaped plastic projections are formed on one side of plastic half cylinders in both upper and lower parts to be inserted into the T-shaped recess grooves.
