PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing receptacle-shaped baked confectionery thin and favorably usable particularly as a tart base: to provide receptacle-shaped baked confectionery produced by the method: and to provide a device for producing the receptacle-shaped baked confectionery used for the method. SOLUTION: The method for producing receptacle-shaped baked confectionery 15 comprises the following process: a process of baking the dough of Croquignoles 13 formed into thin and flat one so as to have a prescribed shape (almost disk state one) while passing the dough through a kiln; and a process of forming the baked dough of Croquignoles by stamping the dough as it is without cooling the dough.
