<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a license processing system which can reduce a trouble caused by an operator and prevent an erroneous entry or a smear from ocurring. <P>SOLUTION: This license processing system 1 comprises a personal computer 2 having a monitor 22 or a keyboard 24, a reader/writer 4, a scanner 6 and a printer 8. When an alteration content is printed on the backside of the license, an image on the backside is read by the scanner 6 and displayed through the monitor 22 and a write line is assigned by a mouse 25 or the like.
