PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation method for performing operation without using an attached remote controller, as to an on-vehicle information terminal such as a navigation device. SOLUTION: An operation guidance picture is transmitted from a navigation body to a mobile phone (step S3) to display the guidance picture on the mobile phone (step S23). Further, operation button information for expressing the operation state of operation buttons is transmitted from the mobile phone to the navigation body (step S25) and processing matter determined based on the button information is executed by the navigation body (step S14).
