PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-line type compound analyzer capable of precluding a burden from falling on a following stage device 20, even when separation refining is incomplete in a preceding stage device 10. SOLUTION: A solid phase column 3 filled with a solid bulking agent is connected in series to a trap tube 2 interposed between the preceding stage device 10 and the following stage device 20, and for collecting fractions eluted from the preceding stage device 10. A disturbing component in analysis in the following stage device 20 is adsorption-removed by the solid phase column 3, by this constitution, even when the separation refining is incomplete in the preceding stage device 10 to be contaminated with the disturbing component in the trap tube 2, and the burden is precluded thereby from falling on the following stage device 20.
