PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively equip a further various gear shift part and a hydraulic continuously variable transmission part, for providing a transmission structure of multiple specifications by using a transmission case in common. SOLUTION: A clutch housing connected to a rear part of an engine, and a transmission case part of a machine body rear part, are connected via a housing frame. A differential mechanism D for a rear wheel and a rear PTO shaft 7 are equipped in a differential case 5 connected to the rear end of the transmission case 3 for constituting a transmission case part of the machine body rear part. The inside of the transmission case 3 having the opened front-rear ends is longitudinally divided by an intermediate partition wall 3a, and a traveling system journaling part (a) and a PTO system journaling part (b) are formed at a predetermined inter-shaft distance on the intermediate partition wall 3a, and a gear shift case or a hydraulic continuously variable transmission case 12 for receiving engine motive power, are connected to a front end opening part of the transmission case 3.
