PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double postcard by which going-out information can be sent without being exposed to a third person as well, and to provide its application method. SOLUTION: For this double postcard, one half of one side of a sheet having a double size of a postcard is formed into a two-layer structure. The exposed section of a sheet for a first layer of the two-layer structure is to be used as an addressee's address displaying section, and a laminated section of the sheet for a second layer is to be used as a going-out information listing section. Then, a non-laminated surface of the sheet for the second layer is to be used as a returning information listing section, and the rear surface of the returning information listing section is to be used as a sender's address displaying section for the double postcard and its application method.
