PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select merchandise to be recommended for a customer more appropriately.

SOLUTION: The merchandise recommendation apparatus comprises: a merchandise database 21 for making a pair of personal color and scene correspond to a plurality of merchandise; a scene collection part 27 for collecting a customer personal color assigned to a customer 12 and a utility scene in which the customer 12 uses the merchandise; and a merchandise recommendation part 28 for extracting a recommended merchandise corresponding to the pair of the customer personal color and utility scene by referring to the merchandise data base 21. In this case, the merchandise recommendation apparatus 1 can select merchandise to be recommended to the customer 12 more appropriately.
