摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production means by which a large amount of fine oxide powder can be easily produced at a low production cost in the production of the oxide powder used as a raw material or the like of an optical crystal, a nonlinear crystal or a magnetoptic crystal. SOLUTION: An apparatus for producing the oxide powder is equipped with a liquid flow rate controller, a vaporizer, a flow passage for a gas containing raw materials and oxygen, a heater for heating the gas from the side face of the flow passage, a cooling means for the gas, which is provided at the down stream side of the flow passage, and a reactor having a residence part for the oxide powder. The oxide powder is produced by supplying a plurality of liquid raw materials to the vaporizer by the liquid flow rate controller, then vaporizing the raw materials, adding oxygen, reacting the raw materials under heating, and after that, cooling the reaction product by the cooling means to convert the product into the powder.
