A kit for the extemporaneous preparation of coated fine particles which comprises a fluid (fluid A) containing core fine particles dispersed therein and a polar organic solvent having a coating layer component constituting a coating layer for covering said core fine particles dissolved therein, and a solvent (fluid B) being able to mix with the fluid A and not containing the polar organic solvent or containing the polar organic solvent in a proportion than lower that in the fluid A, and a means for mixing the fluid A and the fluid B.
