PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processor, preventing floating of a sheet due to curling and registering the position in the width direction of the sheet in the case of stacking sheets delivered from an image forming apparatus on a paper delivery tray. SOLUTION: This sheet processor 100 for processing sheets S of two or more sizes includes: a delivery mechanism 1 for delivering the sheet S; sheet regulating members energized to move by the leading end of the sheet S delivered by the delivery mechanism 1; and a paper delivery tray 3 for receiving the delivered sheet S, wherein two or more sheet regulating members 2a, 2b are provided at a space a little larger than the width of the sheet S of each size in the positions corresponding to the respective sheet widths, and the respective sheet regulating members 2a, 2b can be independently moved.
