The support has an insert (2) made of metal, which includes a force fitting zone (4) into which contact pins (6) of a housing (20) are received and electrically contacted. The insert has an access area (13) for accessing an incorporated component (12). A shell (3) into which the insert is injected is made from an electrically non conductive material. Component is attached in the access area (13) by a resistance welded joint. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a module including a component support (B) a procedure for manufacturing a module with a component support.
