<p>A butchery jig removes the ribs as a group from the cadaver of a slaughtered pig and consists of a main frame and motor-powered cutting unit. The frame has an upper belt and a lower belt that are adjustable with respect to each other and form a working gap. The feed and transport unit has a holding plate, a holder and two jointly operated power-operated knives. The cutting unit and motor are height-adjustable. The machine may be constructed for left-handed or right-handed operation, or for tandem operation.</p> |
