The cartridge (10) has a housing with two chambers. A rotation unit is attached in one chamber and can be rotated by a rotation driving force from outside relative to the housing. A magnet is attached to the unit, and an axial driving unit (50) is attached to another chamber. Another magnet is firmly provided in a lower side of the unit (50), to act with the former magnet, where reciprocation of the unit (50) is further actuated.
