PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order receiving and manufacturing system for a display plate, an order receiving device for a display plate, an order receiving program for a display plate, and a recording medium thereof, capable of efficiently receiving an order for a face plate and manufacturing it.

SOLUTION: A face plate order receiving device 10 automatically designs a face plate based on information on designing/manufacturing conditions including the information specified by a customer. The face plate order receiving device 10 then arranges a plurality of drawings of components created by the automatic designing on a base material drawing and creates an arrangement plan. The face plate order receiving device 10 transmits the arrangement plan to a face plate manufacturing system 20. The face plate manufacturing system 20 prints an image based on the arrangement plan on a transfer sheet containing a sublimation dye. Successively, the face plate manufacturing system 20 permeates the sublimation dye contained in the transfer sheet on a metal plate in which a hard resin layer is formed, by heating.
