PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board capable of improving a yield of a connection or an assembly of an electronic component, and to avoid an effect on a decrease in production at a manufacturer of the circuit board. SOLUTION: The circuit board with a flexible printed-wiring board and a reinforcing board laminated each other through an adhesive agent has a fiducial hole for mounting an electronic component. The fiducial hole has a shape which penetrates through the printed-wiring board. Further, a diameter of the hole penetrating through the reinforcing board is larger than that of the flexible printed-wiring board. Further, the diameter of the reinforcing board is 0.2 to 0.4 mm larger than that of the flexible printed-wiring board. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
