PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor for a car air-conditioner enabling a reduction in the total processing amount of a faucet engagement at the installation part of a casing fitted to the installation position of an engine room through bolts and preventing leakage resistance from deteriorating. SOLUTION: This compressor comprises a compression mechanism performing refrigerant gas sucking operation to reduce the volume of a working chamber so as to perform the compressing and discharging operations for a refrigerant gas and a casing 24 storing the compression mechanism. The casing comprises a mounting part 10 fixed to a mounting position in the engine room through bolts. The mounting part is so formed as to involve, therein, an inlay 11 having cast hole for inserting bolts formed by using hole-cast pins of non-circular shape in cross section different from the cross sectional shape of the bolts and fitting parts 15 bored while partly leaving the non-circular shape in the cast hole in the longitudinal direction and to which the bolts are fitted.
