PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing device which prevents the lowering of sensing precision of a non-contact sensing means to an obstacle when deflection, vibration and the like of an opening/closing body are caused. SOLUTION: The opening/closing device comprises the closable body 10 to be closed in the direction of partitioning a space, a guide rail 20 for guiding the action of the opening/closing body 10, and a non-contact sensing means 50 for sensing an obstacle on the side of the closing direction forwardly of the opening/closing body 10. A discharging part 51 and/or a catching part 52 of the non-contact sensing means 50 are flexibly connected with the opening/closing body 10 and are engaged with the guide rail 20 in such a way to be guided in the opening/closing direction of the opening/closing body.
