PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outside heat insulation method and a heat insulating wall structure capable of forming a heat insulating layer abound in insulating between a foam heat insulating layer 13 spraying the outside of the skeleton wall 1 and the insulating panel 2 without hardly applying any foaming pressure of a foam heat insulating material to the insulating panel 2. SOLUTION: A sealed air layer 16 surrounding every direction thereof in a sealed state by a vertical partition body and a horizontal partition body 15 formed by spraying the foam heat insulating material is formed between the foam heat insulating layer 13 spray-painting the whole outside of the skeleton wall 1 and the insulating panel 2.
