A settling agent for hollow organ to be regenerated aiming at settling a hollow organ to be regenerated, which is prepared by forming a colony of hollow organ epithelial cells originating in an animal A in a hollow organ matrix morphologically simulated a specific hollow organ, in the body of the animal A, comprising, as the active ingredient, animal A-origin stem cells capable of promoting angiogenesis; a method of regenerating and settling a specific hollow organ, which has been entirely or partly deleted or cut off from the animal A, by using the above agent.
