PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote usage of an image forming apparatus of one's company to a user by having a maker or a vendor appeal an advantage, particularly, economical efficiency of the image forming apparatus of one's company by using a user interface for controlling a recording processing.

SOLUTION: The image forming system includes a plurality of printers 11-13 connected to a network on a LAN 1, and it carries out a recording processing of record data by using at least one of the plurality of image forming apparatus. In the user interface for carrying out recording control such as a user interface executed in a terminal 10, it is presented to a user that charging conditions of the image forming apparatus used in the recording processing can be changed in response to a particular condition such as a condition of carrying out a distributed recording processing by using a plurality of particular image forming apparatuses.
