<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To timely block ordering of a medicine taken with a measure of use forbiddance. <P>SOLUTION: This medicine ordering system for ordering a desired medicine from a medical institution to a supplier via a network has: a use forbiddance medicine information database storing information related to the use forbiddance medicine officially notified from a nation or a public agency; a collation means collating an order placement article list with the use forbiddance medicine information database when ordering the medicine; and an ordering process stop means stopping an ordering process for the medicine when the medicine to be ordered corresponds to the use forbiddance medicine.
