<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of the accumulated used amount to be operated in an electronic metering system. <P>SOLUTION: This electronic metering system for operating the accumulated used amount in a prescribed period of the amount to be measured by an operation part 3d is provided with a time input means 3b for outputting time information inputted from the outside, a commercial frequency conversion circuit part 8 for outputting a commercial frequency synchronized pulse 13 synchronized with a commercial frequency of a commercial cable way, a clocking part 3a for calculating a time based on the commercial frequency synchronized pulse, and a power recovery detection circuit part 7 for detection power recovery of the commercial cable way. In the electronic metering system, the operation part restarts operation of the accumulated used amount in the prescribed period of the amount to be measured by a time output from the clocking part and a metering pulse output from the conversion circuit part in response to power recovery detection by the power recovery detection circuit part, and sets the initial time at the power recovery time of the clocking part by a time information output from the time input means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
