STATOR CORE AND ITS MANUFACTURING PROCESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high quality stator core while enhancing material utilization rate of thin steel plate. SOLUTION: The stator core 10 has an annular back core part 12, and sixty six teeth 14 extending radially from the back core part 12. The teeth 14 and the back core part 12 are composed by laminating comb-shaped thin steel plates 20 comprising a comb-tooth plate 16 and a coupling plate 18 having a radial bend 22. The bend 22 has a substantially triangular inner diameter side end face and the cross-sectional area in the circumferential direction is set to increase in the inner diameter direction.
