PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to form curls quickly and appropriately. SOLUTION: This hair grooming device, designed to form curls quickly and appropriately, is composed of a hair curl rod 5 including a film heater, a hair holder 7 including another film heater, to be detachably attached from outside to the rod 5 around which hair is twisted, a control box 3 which is connected with both film heaters to control their temperatures. The control box 3 controls them so that the inner film heater can produce a heat of 110°C, while the outer film heater can produce a heat of 60°C, keeping 50°C of a difference in temperature between them.
