Provided is a method of fabricating an organic electro luminescence device, the method comprising: forming a thin film transistor on a substrate (500); forming a passivation layer (560) and a first electrode (570) on the substrate (500) including the thin film transistor; forming a contact hole exposing an upper surface of a drain electrode (550) of the thin film transistor at a predetermined portion of the first electrode (570) and the passivation layer (560); forming a buffer layer (580) and a barrier rib (582) on a predetermined portion of an upper surface of the first electrode (570); forming an organic emission layer (590) within a region defined by the buffer layer (580); and forming a second electrode (600) on the organic emission layer (590) such that the second electrode (600) is electrically connected with the drain electrode (550) through the contact hole.
