A portable barbecue with multi-way of baking includes a base 4, a baking plate 3, an upper cover 1 and a supporting frame 2. The baking plate is disposed on the base, the upper cover is secured to the supporting frame, and the rear portion of the supporting frame is pivotally connected to the rear portion of the base. The base has in its front flanks two wheel-shaped adjustable footings 51 and 52 with their eccentric positions pivotally connected to the base. One side of the baking plate is flat, while the other is corrugated. The two adjustable footings in front flanks of the base may be used to adjust the gradient of the base, which allows the baking plate to be held in horizontal position or in inclined position; the baking plate of this invention is reversible, one side is flat while the other is corrugated, which allows the baking plate to bake various foods. |
