PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balcony system for maintaining a comfortable habitable room space through all seasons in response to a seasonal change in the four seasons of Japan. SOLUTION: This balcony system is formed in a movable type capable of moving and reversing floor finishing materials 1 and 2 of a balcony 3 of a building, and is laid by moving and reversing the floor finishing materials 1 and 2 with every season in response to a change in the four seasons.
