PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular shock-eliminating device capable of controlling a vehicle so that an object to be collided collides with a portion of high shock-eliminating degree when the collision is inevitable. SOLUTION: The vehicular shock-eliminating device predicts the possibility of the collision of a vehicle with an object to be collided, and controls the vehicle so that the collision occurs at a part of high shock-eliminating degree of the shock on the object if the collision is predicted to be inevitable.
