<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic separation recovery apparatus for separating and recovering magnetic matter like cutting chips or iron powder contained in liquid from liquid using magnetism by a simple mechanism, by using no driving power or reducing the power. <P>SOLUTION: A moving body 120 rotates by movement of a magnetic matter-containing liquid 1 introduced into an annular flow passage 110 from a magnetic matter-containing liquid 1 introducing passage 112. Cutting chips 1B in the liquid 1 are attracted to a cylindrical drum 122, by a permanent magnet provided in a given region of an inner peripheral face of the moving body 120, and carried as they are, following the rotation of the body 120. Cutting liquid 1A with the chips 1B separated therefrom is discharged from a cutting liquid discharge passage 114 to the outside. The chips 1B carried following the rotation of the moving body 120 pass through a magnetism region MA to be free from magnetic effect from the magnetism member 130, pass through a magnetic matter discharge passage 116 by incidental fall, and recovered in a magnetic matter recovering box 118. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
