<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost for formation of a highly fine image pattern by forming the image pattern through a multiple imposition arrangement by utilizing a reversing printing process. <P>SOLUTION: Image patterns are arranged in multiple impositions, and a protruding part 8 corresponding to the coating liquid removing region of a removing plate 4R is composed of a plurality of negative pattern parts 9 corresponding to the negative patterns of an image pattern PR and a negative pattern partitioning part 10 located at least between these negative pattern parts 9. The negative pattern parts 9 are partitioned per every one negative pattern part 9 by the partitioning part 10, resulting in forming a plurality of image patterns PR into partitioned states by being transferred and removed with the removing plate 4R. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
