摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a voltage detecting circuit which performs the fault diagnosis of differential amplifying sections, corresponding to the voltage detected by a single differential amplifying section. SOLUTION: A cell controller C/C1 turns off cell voltage detection switches SWa1 to SWa8 at fault diagnosis, and turns on a cell reference voltage source switch SWc and capacity regulating circuit switches SWb1 to SWb8. When the voltage, detected by differential amplifying section D1 to D8, is different by 0.15 V or larger from 3.75 V, the differential amplifying section is decided as being faulty. The judging result is transmitted together with the voltage value detected by the differential amplifying section from the cell controller C/C1 to a battery controller B/C. The battery controller B/C decides the differential amplifying section as being faulty, based on the received decision result and the voltage value. The cell controller C/C1 turns on the cell voltage detection switches SWa1 to SWa8 and turns off the cell reference voltage source switch SWc and the capacity regulating circuit switches SWb1 to SWb8, at the detection of the cell voltage.
