<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a burden on a device manager is increased for audit, etc., since only the device manager owns access authority to a file left by a user when the registration of the password, etc., of a defunct user is deleted in a storage device. <P>SOLUTION: An authentication program permits the user who logins to the storage device to perform access to the file recorded in the storage device.
