PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back pressure adjusting device of a liquid jetting apparatus which can adjust a differential pressure of liquid by changing the differential pressure between the upstream side of the liquid and the downstream side of the liquid in accordance with a posture at the time of using the liquid jetting apparatus without changing a liquid storage part such as an ink cartridge, and to provide a liquid jetting apparatus and a liquid storage container. SOLUTION: The back pressure adjusting device 700 is equipped with an elastic member 800, and a pressure control member 720 for changing the differential pressure between the upstream side 701 of the liquid of the liquid storage parts 2-5 side and the downstream side 703 of the liquid of a liquid jetting head 30. The elastic member 800 with an opening 801 is disposed between the liquid storage parts 2-5 and the liquid jetting head 30. The pressure control member 720 is inserted in the opening 801 of the elastic member 800 and changes a pressure state of sliding contact to an inner edge part 803 of the elastic member 800 which forms the opening 801, by changing an insertion amount to the opening 801.
