摘要 <p>A process for the production of laminates for HDD suspension by which the simultaneous application of polyimide precursor resin solutions through a multilayer die can be attained without being accompanied with the mixing of the resin layers with each other to form resin layers capable of exhibiting respective performances satisfactorily, namely, a process for the production of a laminate for HDD suspension which is constituted of a stainless steel layer, a polyimide resin layer, and a conductor layer, characterized by ejection-applying simultaneously plural polyimide precursor resin solutions, the adjacent solutions among which are different in the viscosity of resin, to a stainless steel or conductor sheet substrate functioning as the layer constituting one face of the laminate through the orifices of a multilayer die having plural slit approaches, drying and curing the formed coatings to form plural polyimide resin layers on one surface of the sheet substrate, laying a sheet substrate functioning as the layer constituting the other face of the laminate on the outermost layer of the polyimide resin layers, and hot-pressing the resulting intermediate laminate.</p>
