<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load detector capable of reliably detecting the load on a vehicle by a load sensor. <P>SOLUTION: The load detector comprises an inner member arranged on a front side of a vehicle, a load sensor arranged on a front side of the inner member, and an outer member arranged on a front end side of a vehicle forward of the load sensor.
