PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel inspecting apparatus which can successively and efficiently perform an inspection of a lining surface of a tunnel, even in the tunnel in which power supply facilities, such as a lower bundle are constructed. SOLUTION: The tunnel inspection apparatus includes antennas 12 (12a and 12b) for transmitting or receiving electromagnetic waves and for performing the inspection in the tunnel lining surface and a curved arm 14, for making the antennas 12 approach the tunnel lining surface 30. The curved arm 14 is formed so as to be curved along the shape of the lining surface 30 of the tunnel, with the antennas 12 being supported by the curved arm 14, and the curved arm 14 is constituted so as to be extensible along the shape of the lining surface 30 of the tunnel.
