PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously feed a core bar which stably serves as a shaft body in a fixed specific position, when a rubber roll is manufactured by extrusion molding. SOLUTION: This extruder, which is used for molding the rubber roll by covering the periphery of the cylindrical core bar 8 with a rubber material 6, is equipped with an extruder body 10 with a circular opening for extruding the rubber material, and a guide mechanism 11 arranged in the central part of the extruder body and guiding the core bar so that the core bar can be moved in the direction of the extrusion of the rubber material through the center of the circular opening. The guide mechanism guides the core bar so that the core bar can be moved in the direction of the extrusion of the rubber material by at least two rotors 7 arranged by enclosing the periphery of the core bar.
