PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilt deflector in which a structure is simplified, manufacturing is easy, the structure of the device is miniaturized and lightweight without using such a complicated structural component as a gimbal mechanism or an actuator having an electromagnetic structure or the like. SOLUTION: The tilt deflector is composed of a supporting body 2 having a recess part 1 having a recess spherical face and a movable body 3 which is movable along the inner wall face of the recess part 1, an electro-conjugate fluid 5 is filled into a space part between the inner wall face of the recess part 1 and the movable body 3 and electrodes 6a and 6b are provided in the electro-conjugate fluid 5. An optical element is fitted on the movable body 3 and a high voltage is applied between the electrodes 6a and 6b, thus power is generated in the electro-conjugate fluid 5 and the movable body 3 is moved and operated along the inner wall face of the concave part 1.
