PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly protect distribution lines in a device storage chamber and extremely easily perform the maintenance of members frequently operated by an operator. SOLUTION: A drive force transmission device 37 supporting front wheels 13 and transmitting a drive force from a prime mover 31 to the front wheels 13 is swingably mounted on a vehicle body, a swing table 32 for installing the prime mover 31 thereon is installed on the drive force transmission device 37, and a steering wheel 11 is connected to the swing table 32. The device storage chamber 10 comprises a top cover member 14 covering the device storage chamber 10 from the upper side and side cover members 60 covering it from the sides. The top cover member 14 is swingably installed integrally with the steering wheel 11, the swing table 32, the drive transmission device 37, and front wheels 13, and the side cover members 60 are detachably installed on the vehicle body so as not to be turned.
