<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ship a thick plate original from a steel plant by making cutting processing capability of an NC cutting machine excellent until components with required size are taken from a thick plate original. <P>SOLUTION: This method is for shipping the thick plate originals after marking a mark (line or two or more identification symbols) indicating a cutting possible marginal position for cutting the thick plate originals with the NC cutting machine and taking the components in a longitudinal direction or a width direction of the surface of the thick plate originals and further marking component codes of each component to be cut off from the thick plate originals at the steel plant in the case of shipping the thick plates originals manufactured at the steel plant according to orders from a plurality of consumers to each consumer, cutting the thick plate originals with the NC cutting machines provided to the consumers and taking one or more components. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
