<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle theft alarm system, a vehicle theft alarm device, and a vehicle anti-theft device that can certainly inform a vehicle owner of vehicle theft when the vehicle is going to be stolen. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle anti-theft device 3 for detecting a vehicle theft is mounted to the vehicle 2. A vehicle theft alarm device 5 for issuing an alarm when the vehicle theft action is performed is installed in the house 4 of the vehicle owner. The vehicle anti-theft device 3, when determining that a vehicle theft action is performed based on a detection signal from a sensor group 8, determines the vehicle owner must be informed of it, and issues a theft informing signal S. The vehicle theft alarm device 5 allows radio communications between it and the vehicle anti-theft devices 3.
