ELECTRICALLY-CONDUCTIVE CLEAN PAPER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electrically-conductive clean paper capable of being used in a clean room, without causing an electrical discharge phenomenon due to static electricity, and capable of being used as base paper for a label and insert paper. SOLUTION: This electrically-conductive clean paper is made by mixing an electrically-conductive fiber with pulp, then subjecting the mixture to sheet forming, and impregnating the obtained sheet with a binder. The clean paper has a surface electrical resistance of≤108Ωmeasured at a temperature of 23°C and a humidity of 50%. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
