PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated DSC/digital camcorder that enables testing and evaluation before final assembly and is also easy to assemble and disassemble so as to enhance productivity and the convenience of A/S and to provide a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: A DSC-integrated digital camcorder comprises: a first module including a first camera unit for configuring one side face of an external structure and a first half and converting an image entered at a minimum of a lens into a digital moving image signal and a first board electrically connected to the first camera unit and processing the moving image signals captured through the first camera unit; and a second module including a second camera unit for configuring one side face of the external structure and a second half and converting an image entered at a minimum of a lens into a digital still image signal and a second board electrically connected to the second camera unit and processing the still image signals captured through the second camera unit.
