<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an influence of property dispersion of a circuit or the like and to improve write and read performance in a method for manufacturing an optical disk device which can use a recordable optical disk as a medium, and an optical disk device. <P>SOLUTION: This method includes: a step for reading a medium in which a signal is recorded with appropriate light power by an optical pickup head; a step for guiding an RF signal corresponding to a recorded signal obtained from the medium by reading by the optical pickup head to a β value calculating circuit and calculating a β value; and a step for storing the calculated β value in a circuit offset storage part as circuit offset. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
