<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce each food category forming a processed food by decomposing the processed food into each food used in the processed food if a dish uses a processed food. <P>SOLUTION: An apparatus for displaying detailed categories and the like of a created menu comprises food storing means for storing foods, food categories and nutrients, recipe input means for inputting items including dish names, foods used in the dishes, and usages and food categories of the foods by reference to the food storing means, food decomposition storing means for storing processed foods, and foods and food categories forming the processed foods, and component food capturing means for, if the food input from the recipe input means is present in the processed foods written in the food decomposition storing means, capturing the foods forming the corresponding processed food. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
