PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water and hot-water combination lawn faucet device capable of preventing the freezing of not only a combination tap post but also hot water supplied from an indoor side. SOLUTION: This water and hot water combination lawn faucet device is constituted by connecting a water and hot-water drain faucet having a flow-in port and a flow-out port for water, a flow-in port for hot water, and a discharge port for water and hot water with the combination tap post in which a valve element connected with a handle in an outdoor part on the ground through an operation shaft and having a sealing means for a water inlet and a hot water inlet and a discharge means for water and hot water moves in a body having the water inlet, the hot water inlet, and a discharge port for water and hot water to select either of both states of opening and discharge by a hot water pipe from a hot-water supply device extended the depth or below of freezing in the ground at the flow-in port for hot water and the hot water inlet.
